When do you receive the order?

The shipping time is the one displayed on the product page at the time of purchase. Shipping is when the package leaves us from the warehouse. Once we ship the package, the power is in the hands of the courier. We keep you up to date in real time on the status of the order in your account .

Who delivers the order?

Our deliveries are made through the GLS Curier express courier service, from Monday to Friday. When you receive the package, check that it is in good condition. If you opted for cash on delivery, don’t forget to ask the courier for proof of collection.

How much does delivery cost?

On the territory of Romania, tthe delivery axis is 24 lei with VAT included. There are no additional charges for deliveries via GLS Curier.

Orders worth over 300 RON are delivered free of charge.

We offer you 2 payment options. You choose how you want to pay, when you complete the order.

Cash on delivery – recommended:

You pay in cash to the courier when they deliver your products. It issues you a proof of collection of the amount that takes the place of the tax receipt.
