Conditions relating to the marketing of products
A. The price
The price of the purchased products is the one specified in the „Total order” section. The shipping cost of 24 RON will be added to the price of the products, for orders with a value below 300 RON. The prices displayed on the cafeaplus.ro website include VAT.
B. Sale of products
The order is considered completed at the time of delivery of the products and payment of their value.
C. Delivery times
Under normal conditions, the delivery time of the products purchased through the cafeaplus.ro online store is between 1 day and 2 working days from the moment of order confirmation. If you have opted for payment by bank transfer, SC Ideba Consulting SRL undertakes to deliver the ordered products after the date on which our bank account was credited with the price of the products.
The place of delivery is the address indicated by you in the order.
The risk of loss / damage to the good is at SC Ideba Consulting SRL until the moment of delivery, when it is transferred to the buyer.
Disputes Any disputes between SC Ideba Consulting SRL and users will be resolved amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the courts of Suceava.
