Orders and Delivery
Orders received by 15.00 are shipped the same day. The courier delivers in 24-48 hours from the moment of pickup.

After upon receipt and processing of the order you will receive an information message about its status. We will contact you by phone for clarification if the situation requires it.
When the package is picked up, an identification number of the AWB transport order is issued. You can locate the package based on that number by registering it on the GLS courier website.
We address our clients in Romania and the European Union.
The products will be packaged to be delivered in optimal condition in one or more packages depending on the nature of the order.
The courier announces via SMS an order the delivery of the order. If he fails to contact you, he will try a new delivery after which he will consider that you do not want the pick-up and will return it.
If you need to exchange or return a product
Returns or Exchanges
If you have not opened the coffee or tea bags, you can return them within 14 days. Spare parts are returnable only if you have not tried to install them.
Please contact us to determine what exactly does not correspond to the order. We will assist you in resolving the situation by shipping the correctly ordered part.
You will mention this on the courier’s AWB. If you can, you will take some photos to support the findings. We will send you a new order instead of the damaged one if you have followed the procedure described above.

The products are sent by courier, and for orders whose value exceeds 300 lei, the transport is free.
To validate the order it is necessary to enter in the cart products worth at least 100 lei, excluding transport. You can do this by adding any of the Mattina or Tigro Caffe products. Also, the completion of the order can be done with Greenfield teas, whose importer we are.
Usually, the products arrive to you the day after order confirmation. However, the partner courier companies have taken a margin of comfort through which they assume a term of more than 24 hours.
The warranty for new coffee machines is 1 year from the time of purchase, and for used devices the warranty period is 3 months.
Yes, provided that the installation is carried out by an authorized company, with a declared CANE code, specific to the equipment repair activity. Otherwise, you will lose the warranty of the ordered parts.
The price of the device is conditioned by several factors such as:
- new or used
- low or high capacity
- with or without accessories.
The accessories refer to the payment systems and the water softener filter.
The basic price refers to the new or overhauled device, available with warranty and operation test.
Accessories are not included as each customer decides whether the device will accept 50 money slips, banknotes or other cashless methods.
All the products that a coffee machine menu displays are available in stock. Moreover, we encourage you to purchase them from us because you will have priority in service, especially during the post-warranty period.
